I had such an amazing experience at True Food Kitchen, and the food was honestly the highlight of it all. Everything we ordered tasted incredibly fresh, like you could genuinely tell the ingredients were high quality and thoughtfully sourced.Every dish was packed with flavor but still felt light and clean, which is hard to find. Nothing felt overly heavy or greasy—just really well-balanced. The presentation was beautiful too, and you could tell a lot of care went into how everything was put together.What I loved most was how creative the menu is. The combinations of ingredients were unique but still really approachable, and everything tasted intentional—not just thrown together. You can tell they focus on making food that not only tastes good but also makes you feel good after eating it. Even the smaller details stood out, like how fresh everything tasted and how well-seasoned each dish was. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they put real thought into every ingredient on the plate.Overall, the food alone makes this place worth coming back to. It was flavorful, fresh, and just an all-around great dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning!
I had such a great experience at True Food Kitchen! The burgers and pizzas were absolutely delicious; everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, which I truly appreciate. It’s also so refreshing to have a seed oil–free restaurant option to go to… it makes a big difference. And we can’t not mention the flourless chocolate cake… SO good. Rich, decadent, and the perfect way to end the meal. Our waitress was amazing as well; so kind, attentive, and just genuinely great to talk with. She made the whole experience even better. :)
True food, kitchen offers a wide variety of tasty dishes on their menu, all of their salads are delicious and the food is high-quality and well prepared. It’s great for lunch or dinner and has plenty of seating, it’s a popular location so it can be a bit busy, but the staff is very nice and friendly. they are also pet friendly. We love coming here and definitely recommend.
I’ve been coming here for years and always the best experiment. Today however our beautiful magnetic server Jackie made my experience so much for fun and enjoyable. I literally hate when servers bother me but I could not wait for her to come back 😂 best recommendations and the best food!! Only snapped this pic because I inhaled everything else first lol

My Tuna Poke Bowl was delicious, with just the right amount of spice to enhance the flavors. The sliders were also fantastic—juicy and flavorful. Service was good, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a place with great ambiance and healthy, flavorful dishes, True Food is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!
I had a lovely experience sitting outside enjoying my food and drinks. What amplified the experience was my waiter, Juan. He was so attentive and made recommendations after I’d mentioned I had a slight headache, and I enjoyed the natural juice choice very much. When my latte wasn’t to my liking, he ensured that it was remade for me. His smile and warmth was the added touch to the experience.
Eleanor was great. She helped us with big smile and love. Super 5 stars 🌟 service. The American cheese burger 🍔 was yummy. The guacamole was super delicious. The restaurant employees and chefs are the best. Clean and sanitized place. Clean bathroom. Beautiful decorations. Yummy food. Thanks.
Me both and my besties had an Ancient Grain Bowl and it was delicious. Outside seating is very relax with large comfy space inside too.
My mom and I popped in here for a Lunch and were very impressed! Christian was our waiter and he was attentive and very nice! The food was amazing and the menu is HUGE! Loved the nutritional facts, that’s a nice bonus! We will be back very soon!
Omg!! This was my first visit. But I wish I lived closer because I'd be here weekly! It was really good! I had the turkey burger and the kale. Juan was my server and he was awesome!! Great service and great food!
